Chapter 2: New Friends

"Lalala~ Lalala~ What a great today... Don't you think so Chaos?"
"..."
Tidus could not control himself to laugh loudly. They did not know that he was listening to what they were chatting last night.
"Why are you laughing... "
"Nothing... Just how long we have to walk?" Tidus stopped himself from laughing.
"Few days more I guess..."
"Aren't you guys feeling tired?? Especially you, Max. Your cart is full with stuff and very heavy..."
"I get used to it already."
"Chaos... Can we have a rest now?? My feet are killing me... " Tidus stopped and sat down.
"The sooner we leave this forest, the better. I don't want to spend a night here in this forest..."
"Why??" Tidus was curious.
"The are a lot of monsters in this forest... So it is not safe to walk in this forest at night.. "
"Speaking of monster... We gotta hunt some monster as well." Max suggested.
"Why?? I thought we should avoid them..."
"Monster would drop some valuable things sometimes... We can sell the things for zeny (RO currency)."
"Oh... "

"Let's get moving..." Chaos ordered.
Suddenly, they heard some strange noise from a bush nearby.
"Chaos... what's that... "
Chaos drew out his sword. "Stand behind me... Support me if you can, it could be a monster..."
Tidus hided behind Chaos.
"This could be a new experience to you, Tidus. Just standby and watch." Max said. He took out an axe from his cart. The axe looks very heavy but yet very sharp.
The noise became closer and closer to them. Tidus felt very nervous.

Suddenly, a pink colour thing jumped out from the bushes.
"OH MY GOD... WHAT IS THAT... "

"A Poring... " Max said.
"This jelly like monster??" Tidus stood up and brave himself to go near the monster. It did not escape. It seemed like injured. He tried to touch it. He was afraid that it might attack him. But he could not resist the cuteness of the monster. He touched the Poring, it was his first time. He was excited. He could not stop touching it. It felt like a jelly but warm.

"Heal!!" Tidus healed the Poring.
"What are you doing!!! You shouldn't heal a monster!!!" Chaos yelled at Tidus. He drew out his sword again, but Max stopped him from attacking the monster.
"Step aside..." Max took out an apple from his cart. The apple was green in color.
"Don' tell me, you are going to... " Max smiled at Chaos.
"Yes... Here, Tidus... feed it with this Unripe Apple..."

"Feed it?" Tidus took the apple from Max's hand. Chaos put away his sword and looked away.
"Here you go~~ o(^_^)o " The Poring swallowed the apple. It looked happy.
Poof... Tidus was surprised. It had turned into an egg.


"Egg?? Why it changed into an egg?" Tidus was even surprised. He never knew what had happened.
"From now, this is your pet. Keep it. You need to incubate the egg to turn it back." Max explained.
"Incubate? Like a chicken?"
Max reached his limit. He burst into laughter. He did not know that Tidus was so naive and unclear of these common stuffs. Even Chaos also could not endure himself and smiled.
"No, silly... You need to have a pet incubator. You can get one from any cities."
"Oh... Hmm..." Tidus scratched his head, he seemed like did not understand well what Max explained to him.

"Let's go!!! We have wasted a lot of time here. We need to get out of this forest as soon as possible." Chaos ordered. Tidus hugged the egg like a teddy bear. Max could not stop himself from giggling. The out site world was seemed to be an unknown to Tidus, everything was new and fresh to him. They managed to get out from the forest before nightfall and decided to camp for the night beside a river.

"Good job, Chaos~~ You sure are strong!!" Max praised Chaos after defeating some Savage. But he took some minutes to defeat them with aid from Tidus healing ability.


"What the hack!!! You were sitting there just now watching without helping us!!" Chaos shouted.
"Well, I thought you said you never need my help, so... "
"And you, Tidus!!! Don't ever... ever cause me any troubles again!!!"
"But... But the Savage Baby was so cute..."

"No BUT!!!"
"But... "
"Don't make me to repeat myself..."
"..." Tidus kept quiet. It was his fault actually, he was supposed to gather fire woods. But he could not resist his curiosity when he saw a cute little pink monster was drinking water by the river bank and walked towards it. He was too close to the monster that its parents sensed Tidus and chased him away. Tidus could only run back to the camping site and shouted for help. Chaos who was trying to set up the fire, was surprised to see Tidus was chased by some monsters. He drew out his sword and attacked them.

"I am sorry... I am really a burden... Maybe I should... I should just go back..." Tidus looked away and tried to hide his face. He felt sorry for giving Chaos a lot of troubles and unable to help him much. Tears were flooding out from Tidus's eyes. He sat down on a bush, trying to hold his tears. Max took out the egg which Tidus caught and gave Max for safe keeping while he went to collect fire woods. He then sat beside Tidus and touched Tidus's head.

"There, there... Don't cry... That bustard, stupid Chaos..."
"Hey!!!" Chaos shouted.
"That stupid Chaos didn't mean to shout at you... You need to be more careful in this outside world. Everything might be new to you, but you have to be more cautious from now ons..." Max tried to comfort Tidus, and he was suceeded. Tidus wiped out his tears. "I am sorry..." Tidus said softly. He took the egg from Max's hands and hugged it tightly.

"Still sitting there? Didn't you suppose to bring some fire woods?"
"Tidus, let me go with you. Just in case anything happen. You can count on me, right? Unlike someone here..."

The next morning, Tidus woke up early, like usual. He did not talk to Chaos since last evening. Max and him were still sleeping soundly. Tidus went to wash his face at the river. He looked into the crystal clear water. There were some small fishes in the river. His mind wondered off again. He was thinking what he could do to reconcile with Chaos.

Something was floating on the shallow river and caught Tidus's attention. It was an empty bottle.


Tidus suddenly thought of something and quickly picked up the empty bottle.
"I think I can make a holy water with this. But... what is the spell already..." He tried to recall what the spell required to cast the white magic.

"Is it... No no... It should be... Or maybe it sounds like this... "
"Oh!! It should be..... Aqua Benedicta!!!"
(Aqua Benedicta: Creates 1 Holy Water with 1 empty bottle. Caster must stand in water for the skill to succeed.)
The empty bottle just now suddenly went sparkling with golden light. It then was magically filled with water.


Tidus was very happy and surprised. He was successful in turning the Empty Bottle to a Holy Water. He never used that spell before. It was his first time.
"I hope... I hope I can give this to Chaos... And I shall apologize to him for what I have said...." Tidus went back to the camp area. Both Max and Chaos had already woke up.

"Umm.... Good morning. Cha... Chaos? This is for you..." Tidus gave the Holy Water to Chaos.
"I am sorry..." Tidus apologized to Chaos and bent down. He did not dare to look at Chaos.
"I am sorry too for being so rude to you... I should be thankful as you come with me...." Surprisingly, Chaos seemed to have regretted for scolding Tidus. He too apologized to Tidus.
"Well, well... Why not both of you shake hands?" Max was delighted as he liked happy endings.

Max and Chaos asked how Tidus made the Holy Water. Tidus explained everything to them.
"Nice!! Do you know? You can sell this for some zeny, it is useful to clear away curse from monsters," said Max.
"Really? I have no idea. Bishop Paul just ordered us to make quite a large amount to be given away to anyone who visits the church at Sundays.... I will make some more to get more zeny!!" Tidus was really delighted, as least he felt that he could make more contributions to the party. They went to the river to wash themselves.

"Fire Wall!!" Suddenly they heard someone shouted at the river bank. A wall of fire was burning in the air, blocking the caster from a monster. But the monster managed to pass through the burning walls. "Ar... Why my magic is not working?" The person shouted and started to run away.

"Chaos, Max, should we help him?"

Chapter 1: The Journey Begins

Everyone sat down under some Sakura trees in Amatsu. The peddles of Sakura flowers were dancing in the air. The birds were chirping cheerfully on the trees. It was a very beautiful scenery. However, everyone was in despair. They hardly even talked. That could be their last time to be sitting down together. Who knows what might happen tomorrow, everyone might die in the battle tomorrow. But they had no choice but to face it. They had to protect the entire world from destruction.

Tidus suddenly broke the silence, "Let's promise that we would live after tomorrow. Let's come here again after the battle!!" He stood up and shouted. He tried to smile. However, he failed, as deep down his heart, he knew that it might be impossible....

16 years ago, on a windy night, the sky was dark as the moon was hiding behind the cloud. A young women was running in the forest. She was holding two babies in her arms. However, there were a bunch of monsters chasing after her. She tried to escape. But she could hardly see in the forest. She fall down few times. And the babies were crying in shock. The mother still hold them tightly in her arms, trying to avoid them from being injured. She ran and ran, trying to escape from the monsters which were still chasing her. Out of the sudden, the women was again tripped by a tree root. However, one of her babies fall from her arms. The baby cried even louder. She tried to get up and find her baby but her legs were injured badly from the fall.

Out of the sudden, a wolf jumped out from nowhere. The baby was under its legs. The young women was stunned. She tried to save her baby. She stood up and ran towards the wolf despite her legs were injured. The wolf grabbed the baby with its teeth and ran into the bushes and disappear.

"NO..... Don't take my baby!!!!" The women shouted. Her eyes suddenly burst with tears. She wanted to save her baby. However, she didn't know where the wolf was running at which direction. She could only hear the cry of her babies from a far away distance. She hugged her another babies even tighter, she was afraid to lose another of her baby. She only could prayed in her heart that the baby would be safe. She started to run again, as she was afraid the monsters might come back again.

She saw some lights from a far distance. She ran towards the light, hoping that there was someone there to help her. It was a temple. She was relieved. She knocked the gate of the temple with her full strength. She suddenly felt that she did not have any strength left. She fainted in front of the gate. "Who's that??" A monk came to see who was knocking the gate. He saw a figure was lying in front of the gate. A baby was in her arm, crying loudly. He quickly opened the gate. "Madam... Madam... Are you alright?? "

"What are you doing there?? Quit standing there day dreaming!! Mop the floor now!!" Tidus was shocked. He was thinking in his mind.



Tidus was a small acolyte, he lived in the church of Prontera since he was a baby. He had no idea who were his parents. The poster of the church told him that a kind man saved him in the forest and brought him to the church. Since that, he had been living in the church. He had to do all the laundry and other hard works. Everyone in the church bullied him by asking him to do all the hard works. But, Tidus, without any complaints, did all the work. He had no friends, except a swordman that he knew few years ago.

It was Christmas, the snow was quite thick. Tidus was asked by his seniors to go and get some fire wood outsite the city to keep the church warm. He followed the orders without any complaints. He wore an extra old thorned jacket. The weather was extremely cold. Everything was covered in snow. There was no people on the street. Everyone was in their houses celebrating the Christmas. Tidus walked towards the east gate of Prontera. There was some guards guarding the gate.

"Hey, you little acolyte here, what are you doing here during this hour?" The guard asked.
"I was asked to collect fire wood," Tidus answered, while shivering, he was scared by the guard as the guard was fully armored and he carried a sword.

The guard let him go through the gate. "Be careful, there could be a snow storm later."
Tidus quickly passed the gate without looking back. He went into the forest outsite the gate. He digged the snow to look for fire wood.

Suddenly, he felt that he digged something. To his surprise, it was a hand. He fall down and sat on the ground. He was shocked. After he had calm down, he digged even deeper. It was a person buried by the snow. The person was unconscious and looked pale.

"Heal!!" Tidus tried to heal the person with his skill. His ability was limited. There was not much effect. He then called for help, but there was no other people. He had no choice but to hold him back to the city. The snow started to fall. The snow became thicker and thicker. It was difficult to walk on snow. But Tidus didn't give up, he used all his strength to hold the person back to the city. He finally reached the gate. He called for help. The guard just now was surprised. He helped Tidus to hold the person inside. The guard told Tidus that he would take the person back to the swordman guild as the person was a swordman.

Tidus went back to the church. He didn't tell anyone what had happened. However, he was scolded as he did not bring back any fire wood. Few days later, a swordman came to church. He was looking for the person who helped him. The bishop asked everyone to assemble at the main hall. Tidus was suprised to see the swordman. He was the one who he had saved few nights ago. But he did not dare enough to admit he was the one. The others would not believe him.

The swordman walked towards Tidus.
"Are you the one who saved me?"
"Ummm... umm... how could you recognize me??"
"I remembered the one who saved me was wearing a ring like yours... and the guard told me that it was an acolyte who saved me..."

"Thanks for saving me..."
"Oh... " Tidus did not know how to respond. He kept looking down.

The hall became noisy after knowing Tidus was the one who saved the swordman.
"He is so weak... How did he save the swordman? This must be a joke..."
"It must be Tidus telling lie..."
"Probably the swordman recognized wrong person... "
Everyone did not believe Tidus could save the swordman.

"Silence!!" shouted the bishop, "Back to your rooms at once," he ordered.
All other acolytes went back to their rooms as ordered. Tidus turned around and headed to his room as well.
"Wait... I haven't known your name yet... "
"Umm... umm... my... my name is... Tidus..."
"Hi, nice to meet you... I am Chaos."




From that time onwards, they became good friends. Chaos always came to visit Tidus in the church. Sometimes, they would go to the hill or forest nearby to spend their free time. Chaos would also helped Tidus to do some works in the church.

"Hey, you!! You have been spending two hours mopping the floor. Faster and finish it!!!" Tidus was again scolded. He kept quiet. Suddenly, his ring was glowing with red lights. He was surprised.
"What is that?!?!?" Tidus tried to cover his ring with his hand. He quickly ran back to his room with surprise. He could not turn the light off.

Suddenly, there was a voice from somewhere.
"My dear sons, you are my only hope... Go my sons... Go and claim back what you lost... Go..."

"Mother?? Is that you??" Tidus touched his ring, hoping that he could trigger something that could make the red light appeared again. But he was not successful. He was also confused. The ring never glowed like that before. Was that his mother's voice? he thought in his heart.

Someone knocked on Tidus' door. "Tidus, are you in there?? " It was Chaos who came to look for Tidus. Tidus quickly wiped out his tears and pretended nothing had happened. He opened the door to let Chaos in.

"One of your senior told me you are in your room. Anything happened? He told me you was running as fast as a lightning into your room." Tidus kept silence. He was unsure if he should share what had happened just now to Chaos. Chaos might not believe him.

"Oh... by the way... Are you free tonight?" Chaos asked. "I have given a mission to go to Payon to settle something. This is a secret mission. But I need some help. So I think of you. Do you think you could accompany me?"

Tidus was yet surprised again. Chaos never asked him to go for mission together. Furthermore, he would surely not allowed to go despite all the works he needed to do in the church. Tidus explained to him that he could not help him as the bishop sure would not allow him.

"Why are you still obedient to them when they treat you like a maid?? You should not keep staying here being used by them. You should get out of here and explore the world. I am sure that you have a dream that you wish to fulfill deep down in your heart right??" Chaos tired to affect Tidus so that Tidus would change his mind.

Dream?? Tidus thought hard in his mind. Did he really ever have one?
"Meet me at the south gate of Prontera at 8pm. Don't tell anyone and come alone." said Chaos without waiting Tidus for an answer. Tidus tried to reject but Chaos already ran out from the room. He was running like a wild horse. Tidus was puzzled. Should he help him? The others would not allow him for sure. But Chaos was his only friend...

"I think I should help out Chaos..." Tidus was somehow affected by Chaos's words. The message he received from the ring also affected his decision. It might be a good opportunity to find the meaning of claiming back what he had lost. He went out from the church with a small bag pack when it was evening. He could not bring too much stuffs as he wanted to avoid being caught. He silently left the church without telling everyone. He took the back door and ran towards the South gate of Prontera. He did not use the main route. He chose to take the back streets. He could avoid walking into anyone from the church on the street.

He waited behind a building near to the gate. His heart was bouncing fast as if his heart would burst out. He was very nervous and afraid. "What if I get caught... What if I turn back now... Should I follow Chaos?? Should I... "

"Hey, Tidus!! You really came. I was glad."
"Aaaa... You scared me... Zzzzz... Don't scare me like this anymore... I am so nervous now... " It was Chaos.
"Sorry. I don't mean to scare you... It was you that not paying attention. Day-dreaming again? Haha... So, shall we?"
"Umm... I not so sure... Should I left without telling the others? Or should I go back..." Tidus was puzzled. He kept on thinking what might be the consequences if he was caught.

"Well, you have already taken the 1st step. You have came to wait for me here. Isn't that deep down of your heart, you have decided to go with me?"
"But..."
"No turning back now... Haha... Let's start our journey!! Don't think so much!! Let's go!" Chaos pushed Tidus towards the gate. They passed through the gate easily. There was no guards guarding.

"Oh... I almost forget. Take this... "

"A mace? For me? Why?"
"We need to protect ourselves. There are many monsters out there... "
"Okay... " Tidus' face suddenly turned pale. He was very afraid of monster and never killed a monster, neither he hold a weapon before.

"You guys there.... can wait for me???" Suddenly a guy with pulling a cart was shouting at them.

"Wait for me..." Chaos nd Tidus stopped and turned back to look who was shouting at them.
"Who's there.." Chaos drew out his sword.




"Chaos... why you draw out your sword??" Tidus was rather surprised by Chaos' action.
"We would never know who is him.. He could be looking for you.. Stay back..."
"Hey, you guys... You guys are going to Payon right??" The person approached Chaos and Tidus. Chaos swung his sword to the person's neck.
"Please don't hurt me...I would not do any harm to you" the person was very panicking.
"Now.. Tell me... Why you are shouting at us? Who order you to follow us? Tell me the truth now!!" Chaos spoke in a loud voice.
"Chaos!! You really don't have to be so aggressive. He is just a merchant... "
"Yea... Yea... I am a merchant... You don't have to draw out your sword... "

"I had noticed you following me since just now!!" Chaos shouted. Tidus was surprised. Why the merchant was following his friend.
"I overheard... heard that you planned to go to Payon when you was in the market... So... so I thought I could go with you... I am heading... heading to Alberta...." The merchant was shivering in fear.

"Chaos, can you keep your sword...?? He did not intend to harm us or anything... And you don't have to be so agressive... " Tidus tried to calm Chaos down.
"I appologize on behalf of him... Please forgive us... " Tidus appologized to the merchant. Chaos drew back his sword and turned away.
"We are going to Payon, and we love to have you with us... " Tidus tried to calm the merchant down.
"I did not say that... " mumbled Chaos.
"Don't mind about him... He was not his usual self... His name is Chaos, and I am Tidus.. Yours?"
"Maxwell Dalton... You can call me Max..."
"Max? Okay... so why do you need to go Alberta?"
"To do some business and I have to sit for a test..."
"Oh i see... "
"Enough talking... We have a long way... If you want to follow us then do what you want... Just keep us from trouble... "
"Chaos... don't be so cold hearted... Let's me help you to push your cart... Your cart looks heavy..." Tidus tried to push the cart from the back.
"Oh my God... It was so heavy... I could not even push it by an inch..." o(>.<)o "It's okay... I can push it myself..."
"Wow... impressive... "
"Hey, Tidus... since when you are so talkative... you are always shy to talk to strangers..." Chaos walked in front of them and was like teasing Tidus.
"...." Tidus became speechless. He thought deeply. Thinking why he was so exciting.

They walked for almost 3 hours. The moon was hiding behind the clouds. That made them hard to walk in the forest. They decided to camp for one night. It might be dangerous walking in the forest.
"Tidus... you were quiet on the way... Are you okay?" Max asked.
"Oh... I was... I... just felt exhausted... This is my 1st time leaving Prontera..."
"Haha... you are not joking right? 1st time leaving Prontera?"
Tidus felt shy. He was speaking the truth. "I ran.. ran away from the... "
"You two better have a rest... I would watch over the night... We still have a long away ahead.." Chaos disrupted the conversation. They went to sleep in their sleeping bags, while Chaos alone guarding.

The night was long to Chaos. He felt sleepy but he had to keep himself up.
"It's your turn to rest... I would take the turn now..." Max woke up from his sleep and said.
"No.. I am okay... "
"You don't have to act cool... Haha... "
"I am not!!"
"Shhh... Tidus was still sleeping... Let's him rest more. He looked tired after the walk..."
"..."
"Let's chat a while since I could not sleep back anymore... "
"..."
"Acting cool again??"
"..."
"So why you guys heading to Payon?"
"None of your business..."
"Gosh... you are always hush on me... Or you fall in love with me but you are shy to say?"
"Why you... I am not gay!!!"
"Haha... I am just joking... So stop acting cool and serious, okay?"
"..." Chaos was speechless. Max gave him a big smile. Chaos turned away.
"Haha... you see... Tidus was snoring... He looks cute... "
"... I supposed you are gay?"
"Nah... I was just being myself. I had a girl friend waiting for me in Alberta... "
"They seem to get well... " Tidus thought in his mind and giggled.
"Wonder what is Tidus dreaming... He just giggled... Haha... Cute little guy... "
"You really have a girl friend??"
"Why you ask so?"
"... A guy would not describe another guy CUTE!! "
"Is it? Well... you look cute also when you are angry... "
"..." Chaos felt that he really could not understand this guy. Even though he looks like already 18 years old.
"By the way, what's your age?"
"18.. Why do you ask? Don't tell me you really bump into me... Heheh" Max giggled.
".... I am so not going to talk to you again... "
"Lalalala~ Lalala~~ "

Chinese New Year~~~!!

Chinese New Year is the most boring but yet happiest festival for me... Why? This is because I didn't like much staying in my grandfather's house as what we would do would be waiting, eating, gambling (I didn't gamble), Dotaing, drinking beer and watching real-life shows by my relatives (long long story... if u know me well enough then you will know about this... zzzz)

Anyway, it is a very enjoyable holidays, to watch so many interesting tv programs and enjoy mom's cookings.

So, for this year, what would be my rating? 9/10... Haha...

1) Went back on 5th of Feb with MSL bus back to Melaka. Quite a long trip as several unwatnted incidents happened, including a senior forgot about his student pass and one of the luggage was missing... @@.... Reach Melaka at about 10.30 pm, however, the bus driver dropped us at the resting place and not the toll.. ><".... Really have to give some feedback about this... Kai Lin, if you see this, could you please change the place to drop us to the toll? Anyway, luckily Ker Xing's mom came to fetch me. She was waiting at the toll to fetch us. But she had to drive back to Tampin using the highway... Rm3.10 for the toll fee, expensive? but yet fast... 15 mins... @@

2) Back home finally. As usual, our house was decorated with many things. Felt home was the warmest place in my life. After tidying my luggage, I went to the kitchen, and I was very shocked to see so many food... ^^.... Chocolates, cookies, soft drinks, beers and many other food. The fridge was packed with chocolates, candies, ice-creams, cakes and fruits... Woah... Can throw out a big party already...

3) The next day, went to have a hair cut in the barber shop for the Chinese New Year. I must say, that was the 1st time that I felt satisfied. Lol... Then went back home and brought mom to bring some food to our beloved grandparents who had passed away... Then we prayed for their blessings... Went back and waited for lunch... Oh my god... So many delicious food... I must say my mom's cookings are the best!! Everything was prepared with the best ingredients (organic food, free from pesticide, free from any chemical, less sugar, salt, oil, natural food) to ensure that we could eat healthily. ^^v

4) Went back for Chinese New Year eve dinner. Well, same like last year, or last last year or even last last last year or.... Aaaa... Whatever, we had the same dinner for the last few years... @@... Steamboat... ><".... And the food was not so delicious... We went back home after the dinner... Then we ate again in our own house... Much more delicious...

5) Chinese New Year finally was here!!! But this year, we were late to our grandparents' house. Because mom was preparing some food to bring over because, as usual, there would be no much delicious food prepared there... @@.... Anyway... We went there after "furnished" ourselves... Haha... Received red packets from relatives... And then, what should I do? I just could watch my cousins playing "ma-jiong" there... ><"... Played a while with them but I lost badly... Haha... Anyway, we were not gambling... Dinner on that day also not nice, except one of mom's best cookings- Curry pork!!! Many relatives loved it and kept praising my mom. Let's see who's cookings left so many on the table... Lol... My eldest aunt's.....

6) The next day, thought to be a boring day as well, because my friends didn't want to go visiting friends and teachers to "bai nian"... Anyway, some friends from Kota came to my house... It was quite surprising to see them suddenly came... Haha... I was not expecting them... Anyway, very long didn't meet them... We had a long chat... And we get to know some friends already had girl friends... ^^"... Then we went to visit a teacher's house only as other teachers went to other places.

7) Reunion in Wan Zhen's house... Quite a lot of friends turned out... Some old friends already went missing after form 6... Haha... We had a long talk and laughed quite a lot... We even had "satay celup" from Melaka, thanks to Wan Zhen... Looking forward to have another reunion like this... ^^

8) During the party, something happened that made me even unforgettable... ^^... this would be a small secret 1st... ^^

9) Had a long chat with my sai lou after he watched movie with his gf... lol... My mom heard me talking and asked me... She thought I was sleep talking... Haha... We talked for about an hour... Hehe... Sai lou so geng a~~ /gg

So, overall it was a happy Chinese New Year and also unforgettable... so I gave it a 9/10... Happy Chinese New Year all~~!!! Gong Xi Fa Cai!!! ^^

Nice day vs Strange Day

A nice day in NUS

Wednesday 30th Feb

1) Today would be my 1st lab since I came to NUS. Quite nervous. Hope that I would not do any mistakes that could burn down or explode the whole buildings... Wahahaha ; )

2) Went to co-op to buy a new lab coat as I just noticed that my sister-passed-to-me lab coat was short sleeves. Luckily a nice lady working in the Co-op helped me to get a brand new lab coat.

3) Went to the laboratory. No one that I knew in my group. Luckily my lab partner was a Singaporean, at least I could speak in both English and Mandarin to him. He looks friendly. We had a great time carried out our experiment.

4) The lab finally over. Went back to PGP. Went to buy my dinner. But the aunty at the store which I usually went to buy food was not in her store. But her husband was there. I just brought $ 2 with me. He usually would charge me the original price, whereas the aunty would charge me at a discounted price. But all the sudden, he asked me usually her wife charged me how much. I said $2 and he was okay with it. He told me that he just followed the price on the menu but many complaint to him that he charged more. Lol... lucky~ If not I would have to walk back to my room to take extra $0.30... ^^"

Strange Day Going outiste
1) Went out to Bugis to buy bus ticket for my sister who would come to visit me after CNY. Went to the Clementi Mrt Station to take MRT.

2) While on the way, I didn't notice somehow my zip was unzipped.... ><".... A guy came near me that I forgot to zip the zip and went down the mrt. Oh my god... My face turned almost all red... ><"... Think I should do a triple check after going to the toilet next time...

3) Went to Bugis finally. Went down the Mrt quickly. A elderly man asked me where's the bus station to take bus to Johor. I was heading to there as well, so I asked him to follow me. He asked me why I was going the same way. I guess he was thinking I would take the same bus with him. I just told him that I came to buy ticket to back Melaka. Haha...

4) After buying the ticket, a man in the middle age came near to me. He asked me if I got two 10 cents with me. He needed to have some coins to use the public phone. I changed with him, but he gave me RM0.50... ><".... So I rugi or untung? lol...

5) Went to the nearest shopping complex to look for something. Went in a shop selling many branded wallet. The salesperson was starring at me from time to time. Made me feel uncomfortable. Maybe he thought I would steal something... Haha... But could not blame him, this was his job...

6) Went back with MRT. Just now stood from Clementi mrt to Bugis Mrt. Luckily now I got a seat. Took a small nap in the mrt. Woke up in surprise when heard the word Clementi from the announcements. Quickly stood up. An elderly guy thanked me for giving my seat to him. Huh?? Lol... I didn't notice he was there. I said no need to thank me. I would go down at the next station. He just smiled at me...

Lol... 2 different ways... which do u like? a nice day or a strange day? haha

after 2 weeks in NUS...

Not sure why, didn't have much inspiration to write blog these few days after coming back to NUS... hmm... anyway... below just some of my little thoughts throughout these 2 weeks.

1) Should I spent so much? Mom told me not to worry about money, however I had spent carefully every single cent... Or I was too stingy? Not sure... But I do know that money is hard earned by my parents...

2) Wonder how are my parents doing after I have gone back to NUS....

3) The hot sun is quite annoying sometimes... It is very hot especially in the afternoon... But suddenly it could be raining cats and dogs... This kind of weather could make people sick easily.

4) Wonder if it is odd to wear a silver ring in NUS. I wore it to class today but it seemed like some ppl were scared of me... Or did I wear at the wrong finger? Or did I look like a gangster wearing the rings?

5) The 1st lecture for this semester- GEM2900... Met a lot of friends and seniors... But I guess that the lecture hall was too large that they didn't saw me waving hands at them... oh well... ^^" The lecturer told a lot of side stories, quite interesting sometimes, but sometimes the stories were repeated over and over again for several times... BORING...

6) The shower rooms were filled with a lot of small bugs!! It's quite annoying to see the bugs crawling around at the ceiling while taking a bath. Had asked the MA officer to check on this matter, they did some spraying but not so effectively kill the bugs. ><"

7) Am I become thinner? I wonder... Not sure why... I had no appetite sometimes so I would skip lunch... My ring finger is too large for the silver rings, last time it was still fit almost all my fingers, now only fit the middle and index fingers... Later going back home and I would weight myself... Haha... Hopefully would decrease till 60kg back... Haha...

8) Looking forward to go back during CNY, luckily the lab on wednesday is being canceled. Time to gain some extra money and to visit teachers, as well as friends. And also a good time to restore back those weight that I lost.. lol... Cookies, soft drinks, ice creams, etc.. n_n

9) Hope that I can watch Jay Chou's new movie this coming CNY. I have to go back in the 4th day already... ><"

Haha... Have to go out to attend classes already. Everyone do take care ya, some of my friends already sick, hope they recover soon. And Happy Chinese New Year!!

I am not stupid 2

For anyone who haven't watched this movie before, I would strongly suggest you to watch this, it would be nicer if your parents' watch this movie with you...

The movie is about the dilemma faced by teenagers in home, in life and in school. Pressure from studies, parents and society sometimes might make one to become more ignorant or stubborn or even feel the loneliness till he could not bare the pressure and do something wrong to express himself or just try to take attentions from parents. Even worse is when the parents didn't care about their child feelings and assume that giving their child all the things their child desire is the way to show how they love their child. Parents are busy working to earn money and spend lesser time with their child. However, understanding between 2 parties should be encouraged, as we as children should also understand our parents' position, as well as parents should care about us.

After watching the movie and you don't feel enough, then you could watch the drama series in Channel 8 (in Singapore) from 1.30 pm to 2.30pm.
